We proudly offer free standard shipping on all Flow & Lay yoga mat purchases within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

International Orders

At this time, online ordering is only available for customers within the United States.
