To initiate a return, please email hello@flowandlay.com
Returns must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase (packing slip or order confirmation) along with our completed return form stating whether you are requesting a refund or exchange (and if you are requesting an exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange your mat for). Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.
We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Flow & Lay is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking and we do not cover return shipping unless the incorrect item was sent.
