Flow & Lay Yoga Teacher Affiliate Program is our way of providing yoga instructors in the U.S. an opportunity to purchase gear at a discounted price. It's designed to outfit the hardworking industry individuals who continue their love of the health & wellness through their professional pursuits. Please review our complete Qualifications & Terms to see if you qualify before proceeding with the application.

Terms & Conditions

We are pleased to offer discounted Flow & Lay yoga mats to yoga instructors. We offer this program to you as an incentive to use our products and pass your experience with Flow & Lay on to the public. In return for the privilege of using this program, we ask that the following requirements are met:

Purchases or product cannot be listed for resale or sold on Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Jet, Craigslist.

Purchases must be for your personal use only. No orders for personal yoga businesses, students, friends, or family.

Purchases do not qualify for free shipping.

Do not mention your Flow & Lay yoga teacher affiliate status in any store that carries our products.

Purchases must be made with credit card only. We do not accept cash, money orders or checks.

Individual accounts are limited to 15 products per year.

Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing.

Shipments will only be made in the USA.

Flow & Lay reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing this program at any time at our discretion.

Product training may be required to receive the discounted product when applying for the first time and when renewing your membership in the Program.

This business agreement gives Flow & Lay the right to terminate your account.

Approval Process

To be approved you must fill out the online application completely. Please fill out your application carefully so there are no delays in processing your approval. Please wait 3 to 5 days for a confirmation email; if you do not receive a confirmation email please notify hello@flowandlay.com.

How do I become a Flow & Lay yoga teacher affiliate?

The Flow & Lay yoga teacher affiliate program is a membership program for qualified yoga instructors specific to our brand. Membership is by application only. Membership is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time.

What happens after my application is approved?

After your application is received and approved, you will receive your personal discount code to purchase your yoga mat, your code only applies to yoga mats and does not include other merchandise.

After you have made your first purchase, Flow & Lay will send you your own affiliate code to share with your community as well as collect your paperwork to start receiving commission payment.

Can I purchase a gift for someone with my discount?

No. Your account is for your use only. Any purchasing of gifts will result in the cancellation of your account. You will be notified if there are any promotions that would be an exception to this rule.

Can I apply for the program if I work internationally?

The Flow & Lay yoga teacher affiliate program is currently not available outside of the United States.

What are your Flow & Lay yoga teacher affiliate program guidelines?

Please review our Flow & Lay yoga teacher affiliate program guidelines and warranty. Your account may be terminated if any of them are violated:

Your Flow & Lay yoga teacher affiliate account is for you and meant for you and you only. Please do not purchase gifts or buy gear for others. If someone admires your Flow & Lay gear (clients, friends or family), please refer them to our Flow & Lay website, stores or dealers.

You must make all purchases; your spouse (or anyone else) cannot place orders for you. Exceptions may apply if approved by the Flow & Lay team.

You cannot shop for, return or exchange products in a store that sells Flow & Lay products as an affiliate. All purchase & returns must be done through flowandlay.com

Exchanges and returns must always be processed through flowandlay.com. Returning product to Flow & Lay dealers, retail or outlets stores is prohibited.

Membership in this program should be considered a privilege and never a right or entitlement; this is a partnership of mutual respect.

How Commissions are Calculated

Eligible Flow & Lay Affiliates will receive commission on all consumer orders placed on flowandlay.com. Commission rate may be subject to change. Wholesale orders are excluded. 

Commissions are tracked either through a unique coupon code that the customer applies at checkout, or through a unique tracking link. There is a 7 day lookback window for purchases made using the tracking link.

Commissions are calculated off of product revenue, excluding tax revenue (VAT). Commissions do not include shipping on customer orders.

We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, and erroneous order duplications. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfil.

Payouts

Affiliate payments will be sent within 10 business days after the end of each month. There is no minimum amount threshold that needs to be reached. If 5 or more yoga mats are purchased utilizing the affiliate link for a give month, commission increases to 15% for that month.

A completed W-9 (or equivalent) and valid PayPal information must be on file in order to receive payment. Flow & Lay reserves the right to deny unpaid conversions that do not meet program requirements or that occur after termination.

Allowed Promotional Methods

Affiliates may not post their code or tracking link on coupon sites, and may result in termination of affiliate status and cancellation of commissions. Examples of coupon sites include retailmenot, joinhoney.com, and offers.com. 

Affiliates may not advertise on Google Adwords using Flow & Lay keywords or similar advertisement services.

Affiliates may use the provided imagery made available to the affiliate when approved for the Affiliate Program.

Abuse

Abuse of the affiliate program may result in termination of affiliate status and cancellation of commissions. 

Affiliates may not purchase products using their own affiliate link. Negative commentary on the Flow & Lay brand and/or offensive content is prohibited. 

Newsletter Subscription

By joining the Flow & Lay Yoga Teacher Affiliate Program you consent to be subscribed to the Flow & Lay US Newsletter by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal Compliance

All affiliates must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, General Data Protection Regulation of the EU, and all other anti-spam laws. Flow & Lay reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Flow & Lay. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Flow & Lay network.
