Downward-facing dog: From hands and knees, lift hips up and back into an inverted ‘V’. Stretches body, calms mind.
Seated Forward Fold: Legs out, hinge from the hips, reach for feet or ankles. Deeply stretches hamstrings and spine.
Happy Baby Pose: Lie on your back, hug your knees to your chest, grab the outer edges of your feet, and gently rock. Releases hips and lower back.
Tree Pose: Stand with the sole of one foot on the inner thigh of the other leg. This improves balance and calms the mind.
