Having an extra wide mat allows the practitioner to take up more space in their practice for additional support on their joints including their knees, elbows and wrists that standard sized yoga mats cannot provide. They are designed with diverse bodies in mind that allow more practitioners to feel more supported in their practice. 


Our mats are made from coconut fiber PU and natural rubber that are free from harmful toxins unlike many mats that use harmful plastics, and existing ‘eco’ mats often sacrifice performance.



Yes! Our materials provide enhanced grip and is moisture wicking. The yoga mat was designed to be used in hot yoga sessions to reduce injuries, improve stability, and promote greater confidence throughout your practice. 



4mm. The coconut fiber PU and natural rubber material is thick to keep your mat in place throughout your entire yoga practice. The additional cushion absorbs impact to reduce pain in the joints and wrists. 



Yes, our yoga mats provide great impact absorption for additional support in your Pilates, HIIT, and other workouts that can be utilized with a mat.



Yes, the mats are biodegradable and are built to last, reducing waste from cheap mats, and ethically sourced through responsible suppliers.


Nope! Flow & Lay yoga mats are latex-free, PVC-free, and formaldehyde-free.


We designed the extra-long and extra wide mat to include taller yoga practitioners. However, we find that shorter folks enjoy the extra sense of space whether they are moving through transitional poses in dynamic vinyasa yoga or wanting the additional floor space for floor yoga poses especially during yin or restorative yoga where several props are utilized. 


Absolutely! We completely understand the initial insecurity of bringing in a larger mat. We designed the yoga mats to be larger to fit real bodies, but not significantly larger to where you take too much real estate within a crowded yoga room.

Yes, as the business continues to grow, we intend to offer more colors, designs, and additional sizing options. 


It is recommended to wipe your mat using a mixture of water with a drop of dish washing liquid onto a washcloth. Remove excess water and then air dry in a cool, well-ventilated area. 


Yes! You can purchase a Flow & Lay mat utilizing HSA/FSA funds. Our yoga mats promote health and longevity. Our mats provide joint support to reduce impact and improve balance.
