Flow & Lay creates high-quality, eco-friendly yoga mats designed to fit Every Body by offering superior comfort, grip, and style for all practitioners. We strive to stretch the boundaries of what yoga mats are and who they are for because yoga is for Every Body, and so are our mats.
Meet the Founders
Our founders have had a strong love for practicing yoga for over 10 years and are passionate about teaching yoga to expand accessibility, as they have experienced the healing and transformation for themselves and were eager to share this practice especially to those who do not see themselves practicing yoga to introduce them to the healing aspects of the practice. In their yoga teaching journey, they noticed that students were confined in their yoga mat that prevent them from taking up space. The founders were working on their MBA at ASU while in their journey of finding their voice and embracing authenticity they decided they wanted to help people embrace their sense of self, and we believe our wider yoga mats does just that.
Our Dream
We are a brand new yoga mat business and our goal is to be able to bring yoga to those who do not have access to yoga or wellness spaces so that everyone can have the opportunity to experience the health benefits of yoga. We hope to use a portion of our profits to be able to provide yoga classes to those who need it most.
